Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fessify mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fessify. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Each user is allowed only one account
- You must not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Earning & Rewards
- Rewards are credited only after successful verification of task completion
- Fessify reserves the right to modify reward rates at any time without prior notice
- Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in forfeiture of earnings and account suspension
- Incomplete or unverified tasks will not be credited
- Referral earnings are subject to the referred user's active participation
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed via UPI to the registered UPI ID
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply
- Fessify is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect UPI details
- Processing times may vary; typically transactions complete within 60 seconds
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing rewards
- Engage in fraudulent task completions
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Termination
Fessify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and any pending rewards may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Fessify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of rewards earned by you in the preceding 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
